At Scrimms Controllers, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every custom controller we ship.
Warranty Coverage
All custom modifications come with a 150-day (5-month) warranty from the day your controller ships. This warranty covers craftsmanship and functionality, but does not extend to damage caused by drops, spills, abuse, or unauthorized tampering. Opening or disassembling the controller yourself will void the warranty.
U.S Repairs
If you're located within the United States, I’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label, handle the repairs, and ship the controller back to you via 2–3 day delivery — all at no cost to you during the warranty period.
International Repairs
For customers outside the U.S., you’ll need to cover the shipping costs to send the controller back. I’ll take care of the repair and return shipping once it arrives.
After Warranty Support
Even after the 150 days are up, I’ve got you covered with low-cost repair services to extend the life of your controller.
Cancellation Policy
All controller products are custom built to order.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, orders may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover processing, parts allocation, and labor costs.
Once a controller has entered production, begun assembly, or has shipped, the order becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Pre-orders may be cancelled before production begins unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Fraudulent, high-risk, or unverifiable orders may be cancelled at our discretion.

Pro Gamer Tip
If you’re a serious or competitive player, I highly recommend keeping a backup controller on deck. Controllers — especially those used at a high level — are physical tools that can wear down with time and use. Having a spare means you’ll never miss a beat if your main unit needs service. I always aim for top-tier quality and support to keep you in the game.
