EXPLORE THE STICK SYSTEM
ALPS joystick module

ALPS

The traditional choice.

OEM-style feel and return to center. Carbon-track sensing wears with use and can eventually develop drift.

JS13 Pro+ TMR joystick module

JS13 Pro+ TMR

Magnetic sensing. Familiar-style mechanism.

High-precision, drift-resistant TMR with reduced sensor wear, using the conventional 3-pin architecture.

JT13 Adjustable TMR joystick module

JT13 Adjustable TMR

Control the weight of your sticks.

Tune mechanical tension from approximately 30gf to 80gf. This changes physical resistance, not sensitivity, deadzone or polling rate.

SAME 8K PERFORMANCE CLASS

3-pin and 5-pin describe the joystick sensing/interface architecture — 5-pin does not poll faster than 3-pin.

The board variants are not interchangeable. Switching between 3-pin and 5-pin requires the corresponding Marius PCB.

07 / SOFTWARE & SETUPKEEP YOUR HARDWARE AND TOOL MATCHED

Your setup, in one place.

Scrimms supplies its 8K builds mapped and configured. Use the board-specific destinations below when you need calibration, mapping or firmware updates.

01 / MARIUS

Marius tools

Calibration & mappingdevsetup.mariusheier.comFirmware updateupdate.mariusheier.com
Configuration & connection

Calibrate sticks, adjust inner/outer deadzones and response curves, remap inputs, and choose the polling rate. Native 8K needs no third-party overclock driver. Try 4K or 2K if your system struggles.

Use a direct wired motherboard USB connection; avoid hubs and front-panel USB paths for maximum 8K performance. Hold the PS button while connecting USB to enter setup mode.
